- Identify yourself to the dispatcher (airport employee)
- Ask for your Limousine «FMI MONTRÉAL LIMOUSINE»
- Wait for about 2 minutes
If you are unable to meet your driver
- Call 514-554-LIMO as soon as possible
- You will be charged fully if you omit calling.
- Time allowed for the pick-up
- Domestic arrival: 30 minutes
- International arrival: 45 minutes

Passed the allowed time
- The limousine remains at the airport for a reasonable period of time.
- Additional charges, on an hourly base, will be applied.
