Toll free: 2 hours notice Scheduled time	Toll free: before 21:00 the day before	Toll free : 7 days before scheduled pick-up day

Off the Island of Montreal.
Between 09:00 - 23:00	Between 09:00 - 23:00	Holidays Grand-Prix F1
Toll free: 2 hours notice Scheduled time + time allowed getting to the pick-up address	Toll free: before 21:00 the day before + time allowed getting to the pick-up address	Toll free : 7 days before scheduled pick-up date

Example: Pick-up at Mont-Tremblant: 4 hours notice.

On the Montreal Island
Sedan stretch / Sedan super stretch / SUV / SUV stretch / SUV super stretch
Normal days	Holidays Grand-Prix F1	Saturday afternoon
Toll free: 24 hours before pick-up time	Toll free : 7 days before scheduled pick-up day	Toll free: 30 days before scheduled pick-up time (except SUV : 7 days)

In case of failure to comply with cancellation policies, the full amount, plus service charges and taxes, will be charged.
